3D Printing & Ordering Process

These steps will help you to understand how the printing process, payment & delivery works

  1. Send your inquiry or order to Online Form or Contact Us via email at sales@my3dshoppe.com

  2. If you have your 3D drawing ready, submit it with file format .stl.

  3. If you don't have the drawing you may need our 3D scanning and design service. Please mention that in the online form or in your email to us.

  4. Subsequently we will provide you the printing cost, estimated printing hours and delivery date.

  5. If you have special request, please mention it in the Online Form or Contact Us directly.

  1. Complete payment according to Payment Terms & Condition

  2. Upon payment and design confirmation, we will start the printing process.

  3. The 3D printing works are categorized as below:

  • Print own design: Order printing with own design drawing. Drawing file in .stl format.

  • Print without design drawing: We provide 3D drawing design service before printing.

  • Replicate existing model: We use our 3D scanner to replicate and print your model.

  1. Your order will be deliver to you via courier service, or you can self-pickup from our office.

Print your own design in .stl file format

Print Without Design/ Drawing

We provide 3D drawing design service before printing.

 
  • We accept payment by cash, LO or credit card.

  • For printing weight up to 100gm, payment term is 50% deposit and 50% upon completion.

  • For printing weight more than 100gm, 100% payment advance is required before printing.

  • The deposit payment is not refundable in the case of cancellation order after the printing work have started.

  • Subject to level of defect, if you not satisfy with the printing quality, we will redo the printing or refund your payment after deducting shipping and material costs.

  • We will notify you once printing completed and you can choose to self collect at our office or we can send it by courier service. 

  • Our delivery covers within local Malaysia and international. The courier and shipping is at client's cost.

  • Our warranty against printing defect is within 14 days after client received the part.
